• Modern, mid-century, vintage, and transitional styles
• Outdoor pieces like patio sets, planters, and fountains — even with some rust or fading
• Items that are easily accessible and safe to remove

What We Typically Pass On:

• Furniture with major damage like:
  • Rips or large stains
  • Broken parts or missing pieces
  • Heavy discoloration or strong odors
• Very bulky items such as:
  • Large desks
  • Oversized entertainment centers
  • Custom built-ins
• Styles that are outdated or difficult to remove

Other Factors We Consider:

• Location of the furniture inside the home
  Tight staircases, long hauls from the house to the truck, or tight hallways may affect our ability to safely remove items.
• Risk of property damage
  If an item is too difficult or risky to remove without causing damage, we may have to pass.
